Cabinet Painting in Bryant

Cabinet painting for Bryant homes: what to know

Many Bryant kitchens have oak or builder-finished cabinets from the 1990s and 2000s that are still solid but look dated. Painting them is one of the most affordable kitchen updates you can make. We remove and label doors and drawers, degrease and sand every surface, prime with a bonding primer and apply smooth finish coats.

Most Bryant homes were built from the 1990s on, so inside we see builder flat paint, beige walls, oak or builder-finish cabinets, and trim that's ready for a refresh. Interiors are mostly drywall, and the work is about patching, caulking and finishes that wipe clean.

Cabinet finishes need time to cure hard, and humidity slows that down. On muggy Central Arkansas summer days we allow extra dry time between coats and before doors go back on, and we'll tell you when it's safe to load shelves and use the kitchen normally.

You'll know the scope before we start: what we're coating, how we'll prep it and what it will cost.

Why choose us

Why Bryant homeowners choose Revive Paint

We started Revive Paint with a simple idea: do careful work, tell people the truth and clean up after ourselves.

Prep is the job

Degreasing, scuff-sanding and a bonding primer are where cabinet jobs succeed or fail, so we don't rush them.

Organized and labeled

Doors, drawers and hardware are removed, labeled and returned to the right spot.

Kitchen-friendly scheduling

We'll plan the work and cure times with you so you can still feed your family.

Our process

How we handle cabinet painting in Bryant, step by step

  1. 1

    Free in-home estimate

We look at your cabinets, check the existing finish, talk colors and sheen, and explain exactly what the job includes.

  2. 2

    Remove, label and protect

Doors, drawers and hardware come off and get labeled. Counters, floors and appliances get covered.

  3. 3

    Clean, sand and prime

Every surface is degreased, scuff-sanded and primed with a bonding primer so the paint grips.

  4. 4

    Apply the finish coats

Thin, even coats go on with drying time between each one, for a smooth finish on boxes, doors and drawer fronts.

  5. 5

    Reinstall and walk through

We rehang doors, reinstall hardware, adjust anything that sticks and walk the kitchen with you.

Cost

Cabinet Painting cost in Bryant, AR (2026)

Cabinet painting is priced mostly by the number of doors and drawers, their condition, and whether we paint the inside of the boxes.

National cost guides put the average kitchen at about $4,000, with most between $2,500 and $6,500, or about $70 to $125 per door (Fixr, 2026). Those are national figures. Your Revive Paint estimate is free, in writing, and based on your actual Bryant home.

Bryant homes from the 1990s on are mostly drywall in good shape, so interior pricing depends on rooms, ceiling height and trim more than repairs.

Cabinet Painting questions from Bryant homeowners

How long does cabinet painting take?

Most kitchens take several working days, plus cure time before the finish is fully hard. We'll give you the schedule in your estimate so you can plan meals around it.

Should I paint, refinish or reface my cabinets?

Painting puts new color on your existing boxes and doors. Refinishing usually means stripping and re-staining the wood. Refacing replaces the doors and drawer fronts. If your boxes are solid, painting is usually the most affordable way to change the look.

When can I use my kitchen again?

You can use the kitchen lightly while we work. Paint feels dry quickly but takes longer to cure, so we'll tell you when to load shelves and when doors can take everyday use.

Do you paint bathroom vanities and built-ins too?

Yes. Vanities, laundry cabinets, bookcases and built-ins get the same prep as kitchen cabinets.

Do you work in my part of Bryant?

We work all over Bryant, including Hurricane Lake, Bryant Meadows, Hunter Crossing, Bishop Park area, and ZIP codes 72022 and 72089. Estimates are free.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Revive Paint holds an Arkansas Residential Home Improvement License (#0478560127), which covers painting, cabinets, concrete and special coatings, and we carry general liability insurance on every job.
