Concrete Staining in Little Rock →Little Rock's homes span more than a century. About a third of the city's houses were built before 1970 (U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey), and in Hillcrest, The Heights and the Quapaw Quarter you'll find wood siding, deep porches, plaster walls and many layers of old paint. On homes like these, careful scraping, sanding, caulking and priming matter more than the color you pick.
West of I-430 the city looks different. Chenal Valley, Pleasant Valley and the rest of West Little Rock are mostly newer brick and stone homes with painted trim, soffits, tall great rooms and open stair halls, and many are covered by a property owners' association. In the MacArthur Park Historic District, the city's local historic district, paint colors on wood don't need approval, but painting masonry or stucco requires a certificate of appropriateness from the Little Rock Historic District Commission.
Weather sets the calendar here. Little Rock averages about 50 inches of rain a year, with the wettest months from March to May, July highs average in the low 90s, and every spring brings a coat of yellow pine pollen. We plan exterior work for the drier stretches of spring and fall and save winter for interiors and cabinets.
Arkansas's capital and the Pulaski County seat, home to about 206,000 people. Our home base for jobs across all four counties we serve. ZIP codes 72201–72207, 72209–72212, 72223 and 72227.
Paint and stain need the right temperature and dry surfaces to cure. Here is how the year usually breaks down in Central Arkansas.
Cold, wet months are ideal for indoor work and kitchen refreshes.
Mild temperatures. We wait out the pine pollen and wash before painting.
We start early and follow the shade to keep paint off hot, sunny walls.
Drier, cooler days. A favorite time for decks and fences.
Fresh rooms before guests arrive. Book early in the fall.

Revive was awesome!! Great customer service!!! They used quality paint to cover the ugly brown color and made our house look 100% better! I should have done this years ago! Thanks for the facelift!!!!
We used Revive Paint LLC to paint the inside of our house. We couldn't be more pleased with them. Very hard-working, dependable, and excellent paint job. They were very careful with our floors and furniture and followed up and inspected after the job was done. Highly recommend this company.
Bryce and his team were phenomenal. Painted the house and stained my deck. Paint looks flawless. Extremely happy with the results.
