Siding, trim, doors and shutters painted to hold up to Central Arkansas sun, humidity and storms. We wash, scrape, caulk and prime before any finish paint goes on, and we leave your yard the way we found it.

North Little Rock has the oldest housing in our service area, and it shows on the outside. Around Argenta and in Park Hill, wood siding and trim often carry decades of paint, and Park Hill's Spanish Revival homes add stucco, which needs breathable masonry products rather than standard house paint. In Argenta, the Historic District Commission has denied requests to paint unpainted brick, so we plan those exteriors around the brick. In Lakewood and Indian Hills, ranch homes usually need trim, soffits and doors.
North Little Rock has the highest share of older homes we see, with roughly four in ten built before 1970. Around Argenta and Park Hill that means wood siding and trim with many layers of paint, stucco on Spanish Revival houses, and brick that historic rules protect. In Lakewood, Indian Hills and the newer neighborhoods north of McCain, ranch homes with painted trim, decks and fences are the norm.
Weather sets the schedule. Depending on the product, exterior paint needs air and surface temperatures above roughly 35 to 50°F, and it has to stay above the dew point while it cures, or moisture can leave streaks and a soft film. Central Arkansas gets about 50 inches of rain a year, most of it from March to May, plus a coat of yellow pine pollen every spring. We watch the forecast, start late on dewy mornings, follow the shade on hot afternoons, and wash every surface before we paint.
You'll know the scope before we start: what we're coating, how we'll prep it and what it will cost.

We started Revive Paint with a simple idea: do careful work, tell people the truth and clean up after ourselves.
Washing, scraping, sanding, caulking and spot-priming are written into your estimate, so you know what's being done before paint goes on.
You'll know the schedule, the colors and the scope up front, and you'll hear from us before anything changes.
Plants, walkways, fixtures and windows are covered, and we clean up at the end of every day.
We walk the house with you, check the siding, trim and caulk, talk through colors and sheen, and put the full scope in writing.
Siding and trim are washed to remove dirt, pollen and mildew. Plants, walkways, lights and hardware are covered or masked.
Loose paint is scraped and sanded smooth, gaps are caulked, bare wood is primed, and we point out any soft or rotted wood before painting over it.
Body, trim, doors and shutters are painted in the order that keeps lines crisp, timed to the temperature and dew point.
We walk the house with you, handle touch-ups, pull the masking, and haul away our mess.
Exterior painting costs depend mostly on the size of the house, how much prep the surfaces need, and how much trim there is.
National cost guides put the average exterior repaint at about $3,178, with most projects between $600 and $7,700, or roughly $1.50 to $4 per square foot of paintable surface (Angi, 2026). Those are national figures. Your Revive Paint estimate is free, in writing, and based on your actual North Little Rock home.
In North Little Rock, older homes around Argenta and Park Hill usually need more scraping, priming and stucco repair than the ranch homes in Lakewood and Indian Hills, and that prep is what moves the price.

Bryce and his team were phenomenal. Painted the house and stained my deck. Paint looks flawless. Extremely happy with the results.
Revive Paint did a wonderful job. They said it would be 3 to 4 days, and it was no more than 3. The crew was super, and Tony was exceptionally paying attention to details. We highly recommend these guys. Thank you for a job well done.

Previously painted brick can be repainted after cleaning and repairs. Unpainted brick needs breathable, masonry-rated products and a frank talk first, because once brick is painted it's very hard to undo, and some historic districts don't allow it.
